Grover is definitely my favorite Sesame Street character. One of my favrote books to read the kids is “The Monster at the End of this Book”.

watched it as a kid. now watching with my son. he likes elmo and cookie monster.

i remember liking the skit where Grover is a waiter and the customer keeps complaining that there is a fly in his soup.

also, the piano player who kept forgetting the words to songs and would bang his head on the piano.

In some ways? I mean, it’s not like it was a magic chicken sandwich or anything. I was less logy than I would have normally been.

I like the song alot better than the video. I wonder what my impression about it would have been if I had heard it in a club or between sets at a concert or something first.
