“Too many fathers are M.I.A.”

I’ve reaped the multitude of benefits from having a dad in my house who busted his back to make sure we had the best he could provide. Thanks dad. I’m eternally grateful for your sacrifice.

Now, I’ve got two boys dependent on me, and I hope I can be half the man to them that you were to me.

Happy Father’s Day. I love you.

  1. shane, being a father (not that i know from personal experience!) is the 2nd most important thing a person can be/is asked to be – a mother being first. you certainly seem to not only “do your job” and live as a responsible, caring father, but it seems you revel in it and love it like few other things. God bless you! most of us didn’t/don’t have such a blessing, so all the best to you on this day after father’s day 🙂
